Hi,
I installed io Gnu/Linux on harddrive and now the updates don't work anymore. Debian released version 10 stable in Juli, have I to switch the repos to this version? And how do I do this best?

  Although not a complete solution but more or less a work aroudn to achieve near similar results, you're better off using the package list to simply re-install all your desired apps on the new release if security is your aspiration in upgrading Debian.
