Inwicast Mediacenter for Claroline released

The Inwicast team is proud to announce the 1.0 release of the Inwicast Mediacenter module for Claroline. It can be downloaded from Sourceforge.net at the following address:

Inwicast Mediacenter for Claroline is available in french and english language. The installation guide and the user manual are included in the release in french only. We are looking for translators to help localizing to other languages. Please, email us at dev@inwicast.com if you want to contribute.

Inwicast Mediacenter adds multimedia capabilites to Claroline so that teachers can easily publish, manage and share audio and video podcasts in various formats. It can manage uploaded podcasts as well as videos hosted on distant servers like Youtube, Google Video or Dailymotion.

In addition to this module, you may be interested by Inwicast Publisher, a very simple tool designed to record podcasts, videocasts, screencasts and slidecasts. Inwicast Publisher is the easiest way to record and publish podcasts for Claroline or Moodle. More information on http://www.inwicast.com.
