#1 Flyover disabling is not functioning properly

When Preferences|Flyover|Disable is selected with the
bottom pane (the verse view area) taking precedent
and you slide the rightmost scrollbar down, the right
pane steals the area from the bottom pane and the
verse view is obscured.
