#2 Troubleticket / service tag

It would have been great to see a troubleticket system
added to Inventory.
Maybe with a knowledge base.
Like in IRM if you are fammiliar with that.
For me , it looks like a merge between Inventory and
IRM would make a very good computer management
system.

Also a file upload thing, to manage/store drivers and
software / patches.
