#12 will not import

I tried to import a csv file of computers, but I
allways get this error;
Last Rejection Error:
Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key
constraint fails

If there is a problem with the csv file I am using I
can't find it since it just spits back all the lines
and they look fine to me.

I included the file so you can test it yourself if you
feel so inclined.

I forgot to mention that I am using MySQL version 4.0.24.

I updated MySQL to version 4.1.12 and that did not help. I
get the same error when trying to import even just 10 records.
