#1 EDF qdisc

Hi
I was trying to download the package "EDF qdisc". I
could not download both version 0.1 as well as 0.2.
In either case the downloaded file was 6K to 10K
while the actual file size is 6000K+. I tried multiple
mirror sites and found same problem. Please resolve
this issue.
