Intrepid Bioinformatics' Integrative Genomics Viewer (IGV) modifications designed to integrate Intrepid's repository with the Broad Institute's IGV visualization tool.

Intrepid's modifications will launch automatically when using its services, but the code has been provided in accordance with the terms of the license and a stand-alone build file is included to allow for deploying your own local version of Intrepid's modifications.

Use of Intrepid Bioinformatics' software constitutes acceptance of the License Agreement

The IGV modifications are licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License, version 2.1 (LGPL-2.1)
