#5 Tagging

I'd like to add a tag field in the manager (which is also searched when a
user searches). This is completely unimportant, but would help a user
organize their notes. Perhaps something like tag:xyz if you only want to
match notes with that tag and not match against their content, somewhat
like Spotlight/Google's modifiers...
