Did you install it only once? That error happened the first (and only?) time you installed it?
I know it was first and only for me.

2015-08-21: Installed for first time. Also Win7 Pro 64-bit. Error happend first time I installed (after installing suggested .NET)

This method does not work because the .exe does not yet exist in the install folder.
You mean the IUM exe? That is weird, it should be there after running the installer, no matter the error.
I'll try to provide the stand-alone files and manual installation instructions.
