[Internet-cafe-developer] Content Control

Hello all developers,

I have a small request|proposal concerning the InternetCafe.
Is it possible to control the content of internet resources being accessed
in the cyber cafe?
People here complain of bandwidth consumption by porn and such like sites.
Or, do you know of a method probably using a java API to do that?
