#11 mkizofs script too strict on group che

Apart from the fact that nobody mentions that the
inetrmezzo group has to exist in /etc/groups for
mkizofs to start up, the test it has is too strict.

No, I do NOT use shadow passwords:

EXCLUDE_GID=`sed -n -e "s/^intermezzo❌\([0-9]*\):/\1/gp" /etc/group`

The "x" should be something much more liberal and
this stuff should be in the HOWTO.
