Hi !

I added a small fix in the XML2ModelHandler so that one can provide a link
to a xml file containing facts.
The registration is slightly different : In order to be abble to provide an
URL in the predicate, the XMLHandler must be registered with a (URL)null as
an argument.
I also fixed a small bug in FolderPatternHandler.
