#4 Title/Description/Notice Fields

Currently, if Titles/Descriptions/Notices are long enough to word wrap, when a questionnaire is opened, the user sees the last line of these fields and need to scroll up to read the information in order. Can this be updated so that each of these fields default to show the first line first, and a user can then scroll down to read the rest of the information?
