#13 Generation of Compiled Binaries

Could IC support generating a file containing the
compiled P-code sent to the controller, and allow such
a file to be loaded and sent to the controller? This
would be useful if you need to let someone else use a
binary of your program, but you want to keep your code
closed-source.
