I have a feeling that we discussed this already but I
can't recall what was the outcome.
Why do we even have "NC-IUBMB/ENZYME" only view?
IntEnz is supposed to be both, and maybe more.
For instance, I notice that EC 2.7.11.1 contains synonyms
phosphorylase B kinase kinase
glycogen synthase A kinase
which are marked for NC-IUBMB/ENZYME views but not for
IntEnz. This does not make any sense (I suspect this is
an error).

Hi,
No we don't need that view. When we discussed it we ccame to
the conclusion that we would never use the NC-IUBMB/ENZYME
combination. Either they are alone or combined with IntEnz,
IntEnz is never excluded.

So now we don't have IUBMB view, and the possible combinations are:
* IntEnz
* ENZYME
* IntEnz_ENZYME
However, there are still many objects in the database with IUBMB_* view. They will be converted as follows:
* IUBMB_IntEnz -> IntEnz
* IUBMB_ENZYME -> ENZYME
There are only three plain text reactions with just IUBMB view, for these EC numbers:
2.7.11.3
2.7.1.156
1.2.3.8
Please take a look and remove them if you confirm they are obsolete.
Hi Rafael,
I have now removed the 3 reactions in question.

Kristian

Diff:
I have applied the fix to the database. Now I have to modify the curator tool to remove the IUBMB-related views.
I have rolled back the change in the database, as it brought havoc.
The INTENZ view has a misleading name, as any item with this is shown not only in the INTENZ view, but in all views.
