#1 Tortoise SVN - can not find file system

Hi,
I installed TortoiseSVN 1.3.1 and using the following
URL to access SVN repository in sourceforge:
https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/intentionspace
I keep getting Error * PROFIND request failed
on '/svnroot/intentionspace' Could not open the SVN
file system.
Could you suggest any solution. This is the first time
I am trying to access the repository to load some java
code. Thanks
