#1 Formation doesn't work in HTML mode.

When you select some text in HTML mode and apply a
style to it it is applyed to the text itself.

How it should be:
HTML-Tags according to the selected Option should be
inserted.

Allways

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter some Text
2. Switch over to HTML Mode.
3. Select some Text.
4. Apply a Style (e.g. Press the Bold button)
