That is strange, unless you are looking at an
obsoleted version.

There's a new version coming out soon that changes
symlink behavior, I think.  You can probably see the
changes by browsing CVS from the sourceforge project
page.

I think that feature was not included because you could
just create a config file for each subdirectory, using=20
scripts if necessary.
