Integria IMS 5.0 released

Integria IMS 5.0 comes with lots of new features and a revamped visual style. Check it out our new feautes and improvements!

  • New and totally renewed interface with an optimized design for all browsers and resolutions.
  • Inventory Item: when assigning an inventory item’s owner the ‘Linked Companies’ field is automatically filled out with the company the user belongs to.
  • Group association depending on selected ticket type.
  • Added Group to ticket’s quick editing mode.
  • Real name of user is now unaccessible once the Integria user is created.
  • Enabled the chance to change groups from massive ticket operation settings.
  • Included possibility to search for users via lists in Creator and Proprietary fields
  • when creating and editing tickets.
  • Possibility to add custom fields to Companies.

Integria IMS 4.1.15 Released

This new release is a bunch of pixes, small new features and minor improvements. Release include packages for Redhat, SUSE, Debian, Tarball, an apliance for install in ISO format and Windows Installer based on WAMP.

Integria IMS 3.0 RC1 released

Integria IMS is a project manager and a full management system to manage tickets, user activity reports (time tracking). Integria is multiuser, and with an integrated email reporting and notification system. Includes company contracts management, SLA and a full inventory system integrated with the incident / ticketing system.
