Can anybody explain, please, depending on what I can predict the amount of RAM necessary for Integrate execution?
For SRA samples like SRR1918185 or SRR1918171 it was about 35 Gb. For SRR332268 it is 96 Gb...
More over, the sample SRR332268 is being processed by Integrate already for 132 hours (step Mapping the unmapped reads as split reads...): it spends about 15000 sec for 1 mln. unaligned reads. Is it normal

Time and space may vary depending on the input BAM of different data. I tested SRR332268, aligning using TopHat2.0.8. For INTEGRATE, Time is about 10 hours and max RAM is about 30G.
