#1 arctic 1.1 invalid bencoding error

I got error message "Invalid bencoding" everytime I run
Arctic.

I use :
- Windows XP SP2
- Micosoft .NET ver 1.1.4322.573 SP

Before this, I have use Artic in other PC with Windows
2000 Pro and Micosoft .NET ver 1.1.4322.573 SP and it
work fine.

    That means one of your .torrent files is invalid. Clear out the
    resume folder in C:\Documents and Settings\{user}
    \Application Data\Arctic and if it goes away post here (as it
    is my fault). Otherwise it is in the "torrents" folder.

    Next version will try this for you.

    Oh yea, Arctic doesn't use .NET

    This means the resume got missed up for a certain torrent

    to fix it go to the application data in your document and
    settings folder

    and find arctic and delete the files in the resume folder
