#2 DSN connection for blocklist

I was just wondering if you could add a "DSN"
connection for the blocklist.

The only reason I'm asking is benfitifs for speed and
stored procedures; all that's needed is instead of a
file lookup, a DSN option would be faster for those
that have the benifit of having a sql/mysql database
near by.

The blocklists that are merged are huge, and if the
data source is updated, it allows hands-off updating...
without touching the app itself.
