#5 seeds not being updated properly

I just noticed this tonight, not sure what's going on, but
it shows my ul and dl meter clocking away fine. But
Arctic is showing 0 seeds but the demonoid page
shows there are seeds. And, the Arctic peers tab is off
by a few numbers too, though I didnt size the window
right to show that column.
