Release 0.1.1 contains some more translation and step-by-step instructions.

First insuren file has been released. This is marked as 0.1 release, because it's the very first public appearance.

The first files were uploaded into CVS. I'm not sure whether to publish a tarball file, or just stay with CVS for now. I think the survey is simple, but pretty usable right now.
