Changes:
1.  The IDE menu item "Build Database..." has been changed to "Build InstantObjects Database...";

2.  The BDS IDEs do not have a "Database" Main menu item, so the "&Build InstantObjects Database..." menu item is inserted in the Main View menu item under the "Data Explorer" item if it exists. Otherwise it is appended.
