#38 Code generation in part relationship

A Part relation is bi-directional, meaning the object
at each end of the relation knows about the object at
the other end. When I create part relation from obj1 to
obj2, I can access obj2 from obj1. But there is no
direct way to access obj1 from obj2.

So, it would be nice to have IO to generate code to
access parent object in part relationship. (For now
it's only available through obj2.Owner)
