#86 Delphi 5: transactions stay open after closing selectors

Opening a TInstantSelector starts a transaction which
is left hanging on the server even after the selector
is closed.
This problem is fixed in every supported Delphi version
except Delphi 5, in which the fix turned out to have
adverse side effects and was thus removed.
