#72 Exposer.AutoDispose disposing referenced object

If eoAutoApply is checked and developer uses
Exposer.Delete to remove a reference from a References
attribute, AutoDispose will remove the source object
(referenced).

AutoDispose should check if the InContent Exposer is
exposing a TInstantReferences, in this case it should
only remove the reference in the references list.
