#9 Instancecreator2.0.1 error

Hi Mike,
Um using InstanceCreator 2.0.1 which doesn't require a license, I’m using the tool to generate 300 digital input tags as an instance from a template I have already created, only the 1st 150 are created peacefully and for the rest it gives me an error stating "Template instance requires a template " ,please advise.
