Rather than using the Readme Information and License Agreement panels to actually store the text of these items, have the text read from external files.
Suggestions:
It is reasonable to have these files as part of the actual installation. So it could be required that these text files be included in the Groups and Files listing. Therefore, when not found, the build will not complete and the final product won't show a blank window. If the install creator does not want these on the target system after install, they can delete them within the script.
This new attribute in each panel should then be set up to validate against the Groups and Files lists.
Further, a new attribute may not be necessary if a token could be used instead of text and interpreted as a file in the Groups and Files list.
Also, the ability to show rich text or render HTML would be a very attractive feature (only if it's a gimme).
