Process Accelerator Setup window is closed,when user clicks on Close button in alert message.
This issue was faced in version 1.2.6b1,it is little bit solved in 1.2.6b2 version by disabling the action on close button.
It will be better to close the alert window when the user selects the close button than disabling the action.
