#316 Russian charset is Incorrect

When i run created setup and select Russian language, all interface text is unreadable. This happens on both platforms windows and linux. In Virtual Text String Russian text also unreadable.

If i convert ru.msg file to UTF-8 charset, then setup built with correct Russian text.
I use InstallJammer on openSUSE 12.1 with UTF-8 locale.
