It is hard to close the context menu (brought up by right clicking on items) without selecting anything. Consider adding a 'Cancel' entry to all context menus or bind <Esc> to close it.

This is a known bug. The context menus on UNIX are a little screwy, and I haven't had a chance to address the issue. I will see what I can do.
