#1 Pre/Post build commands with arguments cannot be used

If you have a pre or post build command you want to
run before or after the build runs it can't have any
arguments appending to it otherwise the file is not
executed correctly. Embedding any executables you
want to run in a batch file does not seem to work
around the problem either.
