#4 Incorrect Log Name

Due to a minor oversight, Janitor 1.3 creates an
inconsistently named logfile. Instead of "Last Janitor
Scan" the log will appear as "Janitor Scan %time%".
This happened during a test, which was intended (as one
might guess) to insert the scan time into the log file
name, which would make the possibility for multiple,
timestamped logs. Unfortunately this didnt work, and
it actually reads "%time%" instead of the time.
