o installbase.tcl
    Added saving and loading of preferences.

o lib/help.tcl
    Added a home button to the help browser.
    
    Removed the tiny about window in favor of an HTML about help
    document that has yet to be written.

o lib/trees.tcl
    Double-clicking a file brings up its properties.

o lib/utils.tcl
    Fixed a bug in duplicating a project.  Now it works properly.

    Changed the ButtonBox proc to use the new themes.

    Added procs to save and load user preferences.

o lib/widgets.tcl
    Added a standard button widget.

o lib/windows.tcl
    Removed the checkboxes in the build window.  I never liked 'em anyway.
