    Added 'init_virtual_platforms' command.

    Fixed a bug in virtual platforms when adding projects.

o lib/utils.tcl
    Changed the way files are added to make them a lot more efficient
    when doing multiple platform adds.
    
    Fixed a bug in 'InstallDirList' that was causing some problems.
