Initial Comment:
I'm trying to install installBase on WinXP from InstallBase-
1.0a5-Setup.exe.  I don't have admin privs to install 
in "C:\Program Files", so I directed it to install 
into "C:\apps".  Lots of files get copied to that directory, 
but it doesn't make an entry in the Start menu, doesn't 
create a desktop shortcut, and it doesn't launch 
InstallBase (even though it was requested).

I try to launch installbase.tcl from the file explorer.  (I 
have ActiveTcl 8.4.4 installed).  It creates a splash 
screen, then opens the "Select Platform" dialog, allowing 
me to choose Linux or Solaris.

I look at some of the code in Main.tcl, and I wonder if it 
is possible to run InstallBase from a location other 
that "C:\Program Files".
