    Well, the problem here lies in TclKit, which is a technology that
InstallBase relies on for building the platform executables.  I'm not
sure why you're getting this problem, but I've seen the same on my
Mandrake system as well.

    I will look into this more with the TclKit developers and see if
we can't figure out what's going on.
