[Installbase-devel] Illegal instruction, how can I debug this?

On one Mandrake 9.0 system I keep getting an Illegal instruction and the
install crashes. Is there anyway to run the install with some options to
make it report what it is doing to the screen.

I have been using InstallBase on many Mandrake 9.0 systems and this is
the only one that does this. I suspect there is a library missing but I
cannot figure out what.
