    Changed the look of the separators between component buttons.

    Added buttons for some new Windows registry components that aren't
    available yet.

o lib/help.tcl
    Added wheel mouse support to the help browser.

    Renamed 'AddShortcut' to 'AddWindowsShortcut'.

    Added support in 'CreateDesktopIcon' to create Gnome and KDE icons.
