Typescript private api supports fetching notifications from Facebook notification system (the notifications you see on your phone essentially). This has been tested independently and is shown to be still functional. https://github.com/Nerixyz/instagram_mqtt

We will be migrating the notification subcommand instagram notify to use this suite instead because it will be consistent with what the user sees on their phone.
