#158 Dislocated images when using high-res protocols

Describe the bug
High-res protocols like Kitty usually renders perfectly on the first render (e.g. you enter a chat thread and there's an image). Under the following two situations there will be dislocated images that are not rendered inside the box (see screenshot below):

  1. Scrolling up and down, this often even leads to images not being cleaned up properly, images also overlap each other at some random place on the screen when there are multiple. This might be due to refresh and repeated recalculation of position?

  2. Sending images

Behaviour in feed view is also unstable. NOTE: Sometimes resizing terminal fixes the problem for chat view.

Expected behavior
This should work as smoothly as half block and ascii protocol ideally. They are perfectly fine with rendering. However, given how experimental high-res protocol support is, might be tricky.
