#2 instadmg-rmlcll-revision.bash should be relocated

The presence of instadmg-rmlcll-revision.bash is a bit confusing. Perhaps it can be relocated to a contrib/ directory or its additions/modifications can be individually submitted as wishlist features and then integrated into the main script later.
