    Hi, I installed the 32bit version of the software but when I double click the .exe, I get command prompt popping up for a split second and then nothing. I'm using Win7 64bit, but I'm pretty sure that has nothing to do with it. Anyone else having this issue or has an idea on how to fix it? Thanks.
