Version 1.0 fully works. You can see an example running at http://www.insetoplist.f2s.com. Sadly for internationalization purposes and broader audience, it is written in portuguese, things like rules to add websites, edit information, etc.

Anyway, you can grab it and change as much as you want.

I will, in a short future, add multiple languages and themes support. Current layout is very basic, and if you know how to edit CSS you should know how to change, but to make it more used, "nice" things that people like must be added.... read more
