#35 Windows pop up at wrong position

Method and Tool Tip windows pop up at wrong position
when used with multiple buffers open in Vim 6.3. If
winmanager.vim plug-in is used (similar to cream) there
are multiple windows open in Vim, then Intellisense 1.3
pops up at some strange location on the screen.
