Is getAnnotationNews method available to use it now?

With following invokation i obtain a error:

http://insemtives.science.unitn.it/platform-rest/annotation-service/getAnnotationNews?json=\[[{%22uri%22:%22http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1264090029%22}],4]

Response: the provided string is not a valid annotation URI

I would appreciate it if someone provides me the correct format and check if the documentation is updated.

Why userUri is mandatory? Months ago it was optional. In the case of this method is available ... Why can not we get the last 5 or x updates/newAnnotations for any user?
