#1 Manage more than a project at a time

It is necessary to manage more than a project at the
same time.

I've obtained feedback in the sense that seting up
Insecticida for only one project takes too long. Defining
all the developers, testers, etc. for every project simply
is tedious.

Now you won't have to login multiple times (once per
project), but simply will login once and select the
project you want to see.

Caveat: We still need to keep separate tables for issues
from different projects, so that statistics remain fast.

This means that we will need to:

1. Modify the code that queries the bugs table so that it
uses <project>_bugs, and we will create that table from
the app.
2. Modify stats so that they consider the project in view.
