#5 Cannot output PDF reports.

I get this in my apache2 error_log when I try to get a pdf report of my last nessus scan. I can view the HTML but when I try for the PDF it just trys to get me to download the respdf.php which is empty then that error appeares in the error_log. I have adjusted the memory_limit in fpdf.php and php.ini which doesn't help. Each time I increase the limit so does the "tried to allocate x bytes".
